📋 Description

• Take charge of the P&L, strategy, and product offerings across accounts, user experience, payments, new rails, and agents.

• Create AI- and data-driven user experiences at a large scale.

• Recruit and manage a high-performing product management team.

• Establish a build discipline, nurture future leaders, and define the operating cadence and culture.

• Enhance core accounts and develop new 0-1 products, rails, capabilities, and agents.

• Oversee uptime, accuracy, latency, and support outcomes.

• Ensure alignment among product, engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, sales, support, and partners towards a unified strategy.

• Propel deposit and payment growth while managing business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience, preferably in banking, payments, platforms, or financial products.

• More than 5 years of experience in leading product managers, which includes hiring, coaching, organizational design, and performance management.

• In-depth knowledge of business banking, covering account opening and KYB, deposits and liquidity, as well as payment rails (ACH, wire, check, international, FedNow, RTP).

• Proven track record of launching and scaling 0-1 financial products, ideally within a fintech or other high-growth setting.

• Experience managing a substantial product with actual customers.

• Strong judgment in a regulated, risk-sensitive environment.

• Ability to balance an enjoyable experience with banking product controls.

• Excellent product leadership and commercial instincts.

• A creative, customer-focused, data-driven, and experimentation-oriented mindset.

• Passion for AI- and agent-powered products.

• Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, design, risk, compliance, finance, and partners.
