This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap across all areas, balancing immediate delivery with a long-term vision linked to revenue and retention objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management team while establishing product excellence, execution standards, and a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with the CTO and founders to ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Work alongside Engineering to define specifications, assess trade-offs, and guarantee timely, high-quality product releases.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and Customer Success to launch widely adopted products.
• Conduct customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market research that guide roadmap decisions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption rates, retention, time to value, and the effect of features on pipeline and revenue.
• Manage sprint planning and release processes with consistency and accountability.
• Report to the CTO and maintain direct communication with the founders regarding product direction.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a PM team.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products that yield measurable business results, including pipeline growth, retention, and expansion.
• Strong preference for candidates with extensive experience in integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products.
• Strategic thinker with an operational mindset.
• Proven ability to exhibit product thinking through tangible examples, past decisions, and real trade-offs.
• Product decision-making grounded in customer evidence.
• Technical proficiency, including the ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers, read API documentation, understand webhooks, and write clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience defining tracking events, interpreting product analytics, and utilizing data tools to measure adoption and guide roadmap priorities.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, or similar sprint and task management tools.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Portuguese is highly preferred.
