Head of Process Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the enterprise process intelligence strategy.

• Integrate process mining and process analytics as essential capabilities within the Process Excellence Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Outline the roadmap for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and associated analytics.

• Set standards for process discovery, process mining, conformance analysis, root-cause analysis, and measurement of process performance.

• Identify and rank high-value processes for analytics and ongoing improvement.

• Create and sustain enterprise process architecture, process hierarchy, L0–L4 process models, and process interrelations.

• Define roles for process ownership, accountability, and governance.

• Maintain the enterprise process repository utilizing SAP Signavio.

• Develop and manage business process models with SAP Signavio Process Manager.

• Facilitate workshops for process discovery and documentation.

• Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes while applying modeling standards.

• Lead process-mining analysis utilizing SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

• Examine data from SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems to uncover bottlenecks, deviations, rework, delays, and opportunities for automation.

• Conduct conformance checks between designed processes and their actual implementation.

• Convert complex data into practical business insights.

• Establish process KPIs, measurement frameworks, dashboards, baselines, and reporting for executive levels.

• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to comprehend transactional data and assist with event-log extraction and preparation.

• Identify improvements in data quality that impact process analysis.

• Work with Process Owners to pinpoint and prioritize improvement initiatives.

• Assess the financial and operational effects of process challenges.

• Support Lean, Six Sigma, automation, business transformation, and SAP S/4HANA optimization projects.

• Present findings to senior executives and business leaders.

• Create data-driven business cases and facilitate reviews with executives and cross-functional teams.

• Establish methodologies, standards, and best practices for process intelligence.

• Foster process mining and analytics competency.

• Mentor Senior Business Process Analysts and Process Analytics Analysts.

• Create reusable analytical models and accelerators.

• Oversee solution quality and cultivate a community of practice in process analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business.

• 8–12+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, analytics, consulting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise business processes.

• Proven experience in process mining or advanced process analytics.

• Familiarity with complex ERP environments.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred.

• Experience leading cross-functional transformation or process improvement projects.

• Proficient with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

• Proficient with SAP Signavio Process Modeler.

• Experience in process mining.

• Knowledge of BPMN.

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transactional data.

• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools.

• Expertise in developing process KPIs.

• Knowledge of data modeling and analytical techniques.

• Experience in business process management.

• Skills in process transformation.
