This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and spearhead the comprehensive partnerships strategy for fleet and shop partners.
• Develop and enhance a high-performing partner ecosystem that broadens network reach, enhances value delivery, and fosters mutual growth.
• Create and execute partner management initiatives and prioritization frameworks.
• Oversee the shop partnership lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, tiering, enablement, performance management, and growth.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms for partner performance utilizing network data.
• Direct partner planning activities, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), launch strategies, and performance assessments.
• Generate scalable partnership briefs, onboarding processes, and contract workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize integrations and shape pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
• Work alongside Legal and Enablement teams to onboard new partners and launch initiatives in the market.
• Initiate and refine pilot programs for innovative partnership models.
• Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team.
• 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or similar roles within SaaS, marketplace, or network-oriented businesses.
• Experience in establishing or managing a partnerships function that encompasses both network constituents.
• Demonstrated success in scaling partner programs (e.g., account management, wallet share expansion, new partner sales, partner go-to-market strategies).
• Strong operational acumen, with a background in developing processes, frameworks, and systems that support scalability.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Enablement teams.
• Proficient in leveraging data and reporting to manage partner performance, including dashboards, QBRs, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience engaging with executive-level partners.
• Background in fleet, automotive, leasing, transportation technology, or key merchants that support these sectors is a significant advantage.
