Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Contribute to both short-term and long-term operational strategies that align with the goals of the organization.

• Engage in roadmap discussions and facilitate dialogue among product, technology, and commercial stakeholders.

• Manage staffing and resource allocation to support teams, meet deadlines, and fulfill business priorities.

• Design, implement, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across various teams and locations.

• Promote the adoption and optimization of SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other digital platforms.

• Connect Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.

• Present operational updates and alternatives to senior management to aid in decision-making and alignment.

• Cultivate accountability, adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess systems thinking and strategic insight; able to comprehend dependencies and connect product, technology, and business functions.

• Quick learner of new products and features, with the ability to grasp critical deliverables and optimize delivery processes.

• Prior experience in release and/or project management is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in resource planning and staffing is preferred but not required.

• Strong skills in presentation and facilitation.

• Experience working directly with senior leadership and facilitating cross-functional decision-making.

• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.

• Proactive, solution-focused approach to anticipating and addressing operational challenges.
