Head of Marketing – US Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance Crystalia's presence in the US premium market.

• Create consistent messaging and brand guidelines across various channels and customer interactions.

• Develop a visual production process for completed projects, including photography, video, and portfolio materials.

• Establish PR and media visibility in architecture, interior design, construction, and relevant lifestyle publications.

• Forge partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.

• Oversee marketing-driven growth in both B2B and B2C sectors.

• Manage and allocate a monthly media budget exceeding $200K.

• Direct strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, CRM, and various acquisition channels.

• Make informed channel and budget decisions based on closed revenue and unit economics.

• Enhance qualified demand, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on marketing investment (ROMI), and overall marketing effectiveness.

• Ensure visibility from the first contact to closed revenue.

• Develop attribution models and channel-specific unit economics.

• Monitor CAC, ROMI, conversion rates, close rates, average deal value, and sales cycle duration.

• Analyze lost opportunities, objections, CRM data, and customer discussions to refine positioning and campaigns.

• Create succinct executive reports focused on metrics that drive decision-making.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to establish lead qualification criteria, evaluate lead quality and revenue by source, review funnel performance, and enhance the customer journey.

• Review and develop the existing distributed marketing team structure.

• Enhance brand and analytics capabilities.

• Recruit and manage specialists, contractors, and agencies.

• Establish clear ownership, processes, quality standards, and accountability.

• Develop scalable marketing systems.

• Support the upcoming e-commerce features of the website, including customer accounts and online purchasing options for selected products.

• Strengthen Crystalia's position as a leading premium brand in the US architectural glass market while fostering predictable and profitable revenue growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including over 3 years leading a comprehensive marketing function with responsibility for strategy, budget, team, and outcomes.

• Direct experience managing marketing for the US market, encompassing customer acquisition, demand generation, and brand development.

• Experience in marketing the same product or brand to both B2B and B2C audiences simultaneously, with tailored positioning, customer journeys, acquisition strategies, and funnels.

• Background in a relevant or closely related industry, ideally in construction, building materials, architecture and interior products, custom furniture, home improvement, premium home products, or a similar high-consideration category.

• Proven experience managing substantial paid media budgets, ideally exceeding $1.5M annually.

• Strong expertise in full-funnel analytics, including attribution, CAC, ROMI, conversion rates, channel economics, and analysis leading to closed revenue.

• Proficient in CRM systems, including pipeline structure, workflows, lead qualification, reporting, and funnel analysis.

• Experience leading distributed marketing teams of 8 or more, including specialists, contractors, and agencies.

• Demonstrated marketing and growth achievements substantiated by specific metrics and business outcomes.

• Proficiency in English at C1+ level, with excellent written communication skills for US-facing interactions, messaging, and creative assessments.

• Familiarity with digital customer journeys, online conversion, and e-commerce mechanics is advantageous.

• Experience with premium or luxury products, architecture/construction/building materials/interiors/custom furniture/home improvement, specifier channels, brand development, relevant PR/media relations, showroom/trade show/physical retail marketing, product launches, and practical AI marketing workflows is highly beneficial.
