Head of Marketing, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for revenue and marketing efficiency, as well as the future growth and continued profitability of the brand.

• Position STUR emotionally as a high-end brand and manage performance marketing channels.

• Collaborate with co-founders to further develop and continuously implement the marketing strategy.

• Develop and establish scalable processes and structures.

• Lead a three-member team and expand it in the long term.

• Manage team members on an equal footing and support their individual development.

• Execute campaigns in collaboration with the team, agencies, and freelancers, particularly focusing on Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and Influencer marketing.

• Oversee testing and continuously optimize the conversion rate.

• Make data-driven decisions.

• Further develop reporting and KPI structures and derive specific actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of solid professional experience in online marketing within rapidly growing e-commerce companies.

• Extensive experience in full-funnel management.

• Experience in building a premium D2C brand with high AOVs.

• Revenue responsibility in the eight-figure range at a minimum.

• Experience in building, leading, and long-term developing teams.

• Willingness to manage paid and organic campaigns hands-on.

• Strong understanding of creatives as a performance lever.

• Creativity and brand understanding to develop a love brand.

• Experience with data analysis and attribution tools, along with knowledge of their limitations.

• Familiarity with tools like Klar.

• Passion for modern cuisine and identification with sustainable, functional made-in-Germany products.

• Fluent German, both spoken and written.

• Conversational English skills.
