This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +29 more states.
• Establish product marketing as a growing function and formulate processes and go-to-market strategies for engaging new external audiences.
• Recruit and manage members of the product marketing team.
• Coordinate with Foundation departments to enhance external audience engagement and campaign planning.
• Implement retention and lifetime engagement perspectives within product marketing.
• Create product marketing metrics that encompass audience growth, campaign effectiveness, adoption, retention, brand awareness, and go-to-market processes.
• Identify and prioritize market needs while balancing them with product features.
• Collaborate with Brand Studio and Brand Management to establish a unified global brand marketing strategy.
• Provide line management for integrated and performance marketing team members, including those handling paid media and owned digital experiences.
• Develop marketing briefs, oversee projects, and create campaigns and activations to enhance global brand visibility, appeal, and recognition.
• Ensure product marketing briefs align with broader marketing and communications objectives.
• Supervise web, SEO/GEO, and app store strategies as channels for organic growth.
• Manage marketing technology and tools, ensuring integration among CRM, martech, product analytics, and communication platforms.
• Track trends, platform shifts, emerging channels, and marketing tools.
• Manage priorities within product marketing and integrated marketing.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies.
• Report to the Senior Director of External Communications.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing.
• At least 5 years of product marketing experience in a B2C context.
• Proven track record of line-managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Experience at a major website, online publisher, or platform that has successfully grown and engaged global audiences at scale.
• Skilled in building product messaging and value propositions.
• Experience with global audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging for different cultural contexts.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous marketing environments.
• Capability to balance hands-on tasks with strategic work, long-term strategy, and short-term performance needs.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration across various teams and departments.
• Experience in developing and managing paid, owned, and earned media strategies.
• Ability to work as a peer alongside internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in campaign analytics and translating data into strategic decisions.
• Direct experience with evaluating or implementing CRM or audience and campaign data platforms.
• Experience working remotely across different time zones and emerging markets, including leading a distributed team.
• Budget management experience.
• Current work authorization for the hiring location for non-US employees.
