This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Act as the connector among Product, Sales, and Partnerships, with direct reporting to the CEO.
• Expand the distribution network and seek out new partners across various product lines.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy from start to finish.
• Establish and continuously refine category positioning and unique market narratives.
• Lead the demand generation strategy from inception to execution.
• Define and refresh personas and buyer journeys for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Provide guidance on pricing and packaging strategies for the entire product suite.
• Convert product capabilities into compelling value propositions and buyer narratives.
• Manage product launches, including aspects like positioning, messaging, collateral creation, and internal training.
• Collaborate with Product to translate roadmap initiatives into customer-friendly narratives.
• Revamp the website as a growth channel through conversion rate optimization, messaging experiments, and funnel enhancements.
• Take responsibility for pipeline generation and health, ensuring that marketing-driven pipeline effectively converts into revenue.
• Deploy campaigns, landing pages, and content to achieve pipeline objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and empower distribution partners.
• Develop partner-specific positioning, pricing guidance, collateral, co-marketing materials, playbooks, and training resources.
• Work closely with the CEO to support revenue generated from partnerships.
• Function as a high-responsibility individual contributor without direct reports, budget authority, or external agency assistance.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for web-based solutions.
• Strong preference for experience in e-commerce, ERP, hospitality, or Business Intelligence platforms or related applications.
• Experience in shaping category positioning or narratives for products entering new or emerging market categories.
• Proven ability in launching and positioning products in enterprise or mid-market settings.
• Demonstrable success in creating sales enablement content and supporting enterprise-level campaigns.
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and revenue teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations across Malta and EMEA, including on-site visits to hotel clients.
• Availability that aligns with CET/CEST (GMT+1) working hours.
• Commission structure ranging from 5% to 25% on generated revenue.
