This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Oversee the complete execution of the marketing campaign calendar for the UK and US, encompassing ABM, paid, organic, email, content, and events.
• Act as the primary liaison for the external campaign agency while managing in-house operations.
• Take charge of daily campaign performance and provide weekly reports to the executive team.
• Create and distribute web content, landing pages, case studies, white papers, sales materials, social media content, and email sequences.
• Supervise, edit, and ensure quality control of AI-assisted marketing outputs.
• Convert clinical outcomes, customer testimonials, and product capabilities into compelling commercial proof points.
• Implement account-based strategies targeting specific US health systems, NHS trusts, and university nursing programs.
• Manage the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot core, and enhance ABM and intent tooling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Success teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline requirements.
• Oversee the execution of key events in the US and UK, from pre-event ABM to on-site engagement and post-event follow-up.
• Assess the contribution of events to the pipeline.
• Create customer case studies, reference calls, co-marketed content, and advocacy initiatives.
• Initiate weekly campaign reviews, monthly performance assessments, and quarterly pipeline planning.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure accountability from agencies and vendors.
• 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant responsibility for positioning, product marketing, and editorial strategy within a SaaS or healthtech environment focused on enterprise sales.
• In-depth, hands-on experience with AI is crucial; familiarity with Claude and modern AI tools as integral components of production.
• Direct involvement in establishing quality standards and review processes for AI-generated content.
• Experience in marketing within the healthcare, clinical education, workforce, or nursing sectors.
• Knowledge of both UK and US B2B markets.
• Strong editorial skills with a proven ability to refine weak headlines and enhance reports personally.
• Demonstrated experience in owning product marketing and competitive positioning.
• Comfortable managing a budget and overseeing personnel or a flexible pool of contractors and agencies.
• Familiarity with the contemporary B2B marketing stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn paid advertising, intent and ABM tools, and basic analytics.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor and small team leader, rather than solely as a full-time people manager.
• Experience collaborating with a defined go-to-market strategy rather than creating one from the ground up.
