📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.

• Enhance brand visibility through a mix of owned, earned, and paid marketing avenues.

• Work collaboratively across departments to produce high-quality materials that support both customers and internal teams.

• Conduct tests and experiments to determine which channels effectively achieve key business goals.

• Evaluate and enhance the company's positioning, narrative, and tone of voice across all marketing platforms.

• Establish initial marketing priorities by reviewing current operations and partnering with leadership.

• Implement initiatives promptly.

• Regularly meet with leadership to report on key performance indicators, discuss new projects, and refine strategies.

• Continuously assess and improve marketing operations, focusing on return on investment.

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in early-stage and high-growth B2B startups, although not mandatory.

• A keen interest in building a category-defining company in a developing market alongside established brand competitors.

• Proficient in simplifying complex ideas.

• Possess intellectual curiosity and the capability to impose structure in inherently disorganized environments.

• Strong ability and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration and communication.

• A proactive approach to action and creative problem-solving.

• Eager to identify and resolve issues rather than waiting for assignments.
