Head of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Initiate the launch of an innovative AI product

• Manage product rollouts on X or create attention-grabbing formats for Instagram, YouTube, or podcasts

• Engage in writing, shooting, and planning marketing content directly

• Assemble a high-performing team of creative individuals and analytical thinkers

• Focus on effective formats and enhance strategies that yield results

• Establish relationships prior to utilizing paid advertising

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates should fit one of two profiles: an AI startup marketer experienced in executing launches on X with relevant contacts, or an organic format marketer who has successfully created engaging formats on Instagram, YouTube, or podcasts

• Proven experience in launching an AI product or developing successful organic content formats

• Proficient in writing, shooting, and planning content independently

• Capable of building a team composed of creatives and analytical talents

• Highly ambitious, frequently online, and innovative

• Must provide application responses, including a profile, a link to exemplary work, a format concept for Gina, and an X or Instagram account
