This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
• Formulate and implement the global marketing vision, strategy, and annual operating plan in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Generate demand and create pipelines through cohesive marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assemble, lead, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team focused on achieving measurable business results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Portfolio Management, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
• Enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and establish thought leadership in targeted markets.
• Supervise content creation and thought leadership, manage events and sponsorships, oversee digital marketing and paid advertising, SEO and AEO, marketing automation and lead nurturing, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
• Set performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate pipeline contributions, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource distribution.
• Leverage data and market insights to optimize performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Work alongside executive leadership on long-term revenue strategies and market expansion.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services, outsourced services, Employer of Record (EOR), workforce solutions, or other B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that yield measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary demand generation and performance marketing methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams within a global context.
• Successful track record in managing digital advertising, content marketing, events, SEO, and marketing automation.
• Strong business acumen that connects marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, collaborating across Sales, Revenue, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and decision-making skills.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• An MBA, CIM, AMA, or similar professional marketing qualifications are beneficial.
• Certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or related technologies are preferred.
• Experience in international B2B organizations is highly desirable.
