This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +2 more countries.
• Establish marketing direction, lead team members, and guarantee uniform execution across all marketing channels.
• Supervise a marketing team of three, with potential expansion to four members.
• Manage the firm's website, digital initiatives, content systems, and brand representation.
• Assist the team in converting complex immigration law concepts into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Oversee and mentor the marketing team, set priorities, evaluate work for quality, compliance, and effectiveness, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
• Spearhead website strategy, including structure, user experience, landing pages, and conversion enhancement.
• Guarantee content is consistent with legal accuracy and aligns with business objectives.
• Supervise content production for video, social media, email, and web platforms.
• Manage and refine paid marketing strategies, including Google Ads and landing pages, with an emphasis on lead quality, ROI, and ethical compliance.
• Direct SEO and GEO strategy and execution, which includes keyword prioritization, content planning, and performance analysis.
• Evaluate marketing data across various channels, track KPIs, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and offer actionable insights to firm leadership.
• Implement systems, workflows, and tools such as Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership to synchronize marketing strategy with business goals, intake capacity, and growth plans.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in law firms, professional services, or agency settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a marketing team or function within a U.S.-based company, including delegation, performance management, and mentoring.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Webflow is essential, including website management, page updates, CMS content, and basic conversion optimization.
• Proven ability to craft marketing strategy and implement end-to-end campaigns, from planning to performance evaluation.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance in a results-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to review, train, and mentor staff.
• Data-driven and analytical approach, with experience leveraging marketing metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote, high-accountability setting.
• Previous experience in law firm marketing or regulated professional services is a significant advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Resume/CV showcasing marketing experience, leadership capabilities, and technical skills.
• Portfolio or samples of marketing campaigns, strategic plans, websites, or content initiatives.
• Practical assessment of relevant skills.
• Must overlap 4 hours with U.S. business hours (PST/PDT).
