This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Oversee and implement the marketing strategy for Endava's North America region.
• Develop and manage the North America field marketing strategy and its annual roadmap.
• Align marketing priorities, investments, and resources with commercial goals and growth strategies.
• Lead an efficient regional field marketing team that supports sales executives.
• Enhance brand visibility, market positioning, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with global marketing to create and execute integrated digital, event, content, ABM, and partner marketing initiatives.
• Work alongside Sales leadership to pinpoint target accounts, market opportunities, and campaign priorities.
• Customize global initiatives to meet regional market demands while ensuring brand consistency.
• Provide counsel to regional Sales leaders, Client Partners, and Industry leaders on marketing strategies.
• Assist in executive engagement programs and strategic client initiatives.
• Oversee campaign modifications, lead transitions, and lead-quality analytics.
• Manage account selection, ABM activation, and personalized content creation.
• Organize and execute regional, industry, partner, executive roundtable, C-suite, and client events.
• Evaluate event attendance, engagement levels, opportunities generated, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Develop and disseminate client success stories, thought leadership articles, and PR content.
• Foster client advocacy initiatives, including client-hosted panels and industry speakers.
• Support local social media content and amplification efforts with regional sales teams.
• Monitor and report on MQLs, SQLs, influenced and generated pipeline, opportunity conversion rates, event ROI, and campaign engagement through CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Manage budgets for field and area marketing, along with agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners.
• Ensure all activities are executed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with procurement protocols.
• Must be located on the East Coast and be available to work in EST.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Strong track record of successful marketing leadership within technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to facilitate pipeline generation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities across various regions and stakeholders.
• Ideally holds a bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification.
• Proven success in executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation technologies such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience in leading within a global matrix organization.
• Ability to participate in internal and external meetings via video conferencing.
• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client locations as required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary for business travel or event attendance.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required for roles where driving is a key responsibility.
