This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the marketing team, which includes SEO specialists, content writers, and SMM specialists, while establishing its direction and priorities.
• Take ownership of the primary metric — the volume and conversion of leads into contracts — with an emphasis on enhancing the effectiveness of the main channel (SEO/content).
• Transform open-ended challenges into specific, measurable outcomes for the team.
• Conduct market research, analyze clients, assess competitors, and evaluate the company's own product to make well-informed decisions.
• Experiment with and implement new lead generation channels (paid advertisements, webinars, ABM) when the economics support such initiatives.
• Engage a technical specialist or business analyst as required to carry out projects.
• Report directly to the CEO regarding results and progress.
• A total of approximately 5+ years of marketing experience (not necessarily all in a leadership capacity).
• Proven experience in managing a marketing team — capable of establishing direction and defining tasks, rather than merely executing pre-assigned ones.
• Strong analytical capabilities: comfortable working with numbers, understands funnel economics, and makes decisions based on data rather than abstract concepts.
• A research-oriented, analytical mindset — willing to independently explore context (product, clients, business processes, competitors, market) until a problem is clearly defined.
• Comfortable with uncertainty: able to tackle open-ended problems without predefined solutions and define the initial steps independently.
• Experience in a B2B service business (such as an agency with over 100 employees) or in enterprise-segment marketing (account-based marketing, managing funnels for large clients) is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in English, both reading and writing (spoken English is not essential; this role does not involve direct client-facing communication).
• Background in SEO/content marketing as the primary lead generation channel.
• Experience in design agencies or related IT service companies.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling new channels — paid advertising, webinars, LinkedIn ABM.
• Understanding of the evolving landscape of SEO and search in relation to LLMs/AI.
• Must be comfortable working as a Private Entrepreneur (Ukrainian FOP).
• Salary discussed individually based on experience.
• Flexible working hours.
• Paid vacation and sick leave.
• Fully remote position.
• Compensation for co-working space.
• Financial and accounting support.
• Employee referral bonuses.
• Opportunities for internal learning activities (talks, feedback sessions, lectures).
• Access to a reading club and corporate library.
