This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the daily administration and ongoing enhancement of Workday Learning, Performance/Talent Management, and associated learning technologies.
β’ Ensure that platforms remain stable, scalable, user-friendly, and in alignment with the organization's talent, learning, and skills strategies.
β’ Manage the release of LMS and performance modules, including impact assessments, testing, deployment readiness, and communication efforts.
β’ Improve support intake processes, prioritization, service levels, escalation procedures, governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality benchmarks.
β’ Develop and uphold LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content organization.
β’ Facilitate the complete performance management lifecycle within Workday, encompassing goal setting, reviews, feedback, and calibration.
β’ Integrate learning and performance data with skills frameworks, competency models, career architectures, LXP capabilities, AI-driven tools, and skills-based talent practices.
β’ Direct dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies that demonstrate program effectiveness, capability growth, behavior change, and business impact.
β’ Lead and mentor LMS administrators while fostering a global, matrixed administrator community.
β’ A bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of eight years of experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms.
β’ Workday experience is highly desirable.
β’ Demonstrated experience in administering, optimizing, and enhancing enterprise LMS platforms and performance management systems.
β’ Experience in supporting LMS and Workday releases, including testing, configuration, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Proven track record in designing and implementing learning evaluation strategies, measurement frameworks, assessment instruments, surveys, analytics, and data collection methods.
β’ Background in service management, governance models, operational process design, and continuous improvement.
β’ Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Power BI or similar tools, Excel, data visualization, and the ability to present executive-ready storytelling.
β’ Experience in supporting performance management processes, related analytics, adoption, and enhancements to manager and employee experiences.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical, global, and matrixed audiences.
β’ Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards, such as GDPR.
β’ Workday Learning and/or Performance certification, advanced configuration experience, or experience with Learning Experience Platforms would be advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, identity management, SSO, SAML, SCIM, or AI-enabled learning and skills tools.
β’ Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, external vendors, contracts, technology providers, or large-scale global learning and talent programs.
