πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assess current HR operations to identify areas for enhancing efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

β€’ Formulate and execute comprehensive HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and uniform workflows throughout the employee lifecycle.

β€’ Create structured processes for onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation assessments, and offboarding.

β€’ Introduce HR systems and automation tools to minimize administrative tasks and boost operational efficiency.

β€’ Ensure HR practices align with organizational growth while adhering to relevant employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Design and establish company-wide performance management frameworks that link individual contributions to organizational goals.

β€’ Set KPIs, measurable expectations, accountability systems, performance assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance enhancement plans.

β€’ Develop recognition and development programs that acknowledge significant contributions and foster continuous improvement.

β€’ Create recruitment strategies and workforce plans that address current and anticipated hiring demands.

β€’ Supervise the recruitment team, oversee candidate pipelines, manage hiring processes, enhance candidate experience, track recruiting KPIs, and strengthen employer branding.

β€’ Initiate employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, feedback, survey, and career advancement initiatives.

β€’ Examine turnover trends to devise actionable retention strategies.

β€’ Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational structures, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational change.

β€’ Mentor managers on leadership, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.

β€’ Develop HR dashboards and reporting systems that cover turnover, retention, recruitment efficiency, absenteeism, and engagement metrics.

β€’ Analyze workforce data and transform HR insights into strategies that enhance organizational performance.

β€’ Establish consistent reporting and review processes with executive leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 7 years of progressive HR experience.

β€’ Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role within HR.

β€’ Experience in BPO, shared services, professional services, or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.

β€’ In-depth understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.

β€’ Practical experience in designing and implementing KPI frameworks, employee performance management systems, and HR operational processes.

β€’ Proficient in using workforce analytics and business metrics to inform decision-making.

β€’ Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and workflow automation tools is highly regarded.

β€’ Familiarity with organizational development, continuous improvement, and change management methodologies is a significant advantage.

β€’ Ability to communicate confidently with executives, department heads, managers, and employees across all levels.

β€’ Competence in navigating difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and building trust while upholding accountability.

β€’ Capability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.

β€’ Proficient in managing ambiguity, prioritizing competing tasks, and making decisions in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Strong awareness of how personnel decisions impact productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
