This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assess current HR operations and pinpoint areas for enhancing efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Create and enforce detailed HR policies, SOPs, and standardized processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Establish organized procedures for onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation assessments, and offboarding.
• Introduce HR systems and automation tools to minimize administrative tasks and elevate operational efficiency.
• Ensure HR practices align with organizational growth and adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Design and implement a company-wide performance management framework that links individual contributions to organizational goals.
• Set KPIs, measurable expectations, accountability frameworks, regular assessments, feedback systems, and performance enhancement plans.
• Formulate recruitment strategies and manage recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, candidate experiences, recruiting KPIs, and employer branding.
• Create initiatives for employee engagement, feedback, surveys, retention, career advancement, and professional development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational frameworks, succession planning, leadership development, change initiatives, and employee alignment.
• Mentor managers on leadership, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
• Develop HR dashboards and reporting systems; monitor turnover, retention, recruitment efficiency, absenteeism, and engagement metrics.
• Analyze workforce data and convert HR insights into actionable strategies.
• Establish regular reporting and review protocols with executive leadership.
• Over 7 years of progressive HR experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in an HR leadership or management role.
• Proven track record in leading HR operations, formulating people strategies, and implementing systems that foster organizational growth.
• Experience within BPO, shared services, professional services, or high-growth organizations is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing KPI frameworks, employee performance management systems, and HR operational processes.
• Proficiency in utilizing workforce analytics and business metrics to inform decision-making.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and workflow automation tools is highly valued.
• Knowledge of organizational development, continuous improvement, and change management methodologies is a significant advantage.
• Capability to communicate confidently with executives, department heads, managers, and employees at all levels.
• Skill in navigating challenging conversations, resolving conflicts, and building trust while maintaining accountability.
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational priorities.
• Proficiency in managing ambiguity, prioritizing competing tasks, and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of how personnel decisions impact productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.
