This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Assess current HR operations to pinpoint areas for enhancing efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
β’ Create and execute HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and uniform employee lifecycle workflows.
β’ Develop processes for onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
β’ Introduce HR systems and automation tools.
β’ Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in HR practices.
β’ Design comprehensive performance management frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), accountability systems, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
β’ Implement recognition, development, career advancement, and professional development initiatives.
β’ Formulate recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
β’ Supervise the recruitment team, manage candidate pipelines, hiring processes, and enhance candidate experience.
β’ Set recruiting KPIs and bolster employer branding.
β’ Enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention through feedback systems, surveys, and engagement assessments.
β’ Analyze turnover patterns and devise retention strategies.
β’ Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational structure and change initiatives.
β’ Mentor managers in leadership, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
β’ Establish leadership development and succession planning programs.
β’ Create HR dashboards and reporting systems.
β’ Monitor turnover, retention, recruitment efficiency, absenteeism, and engagement indicators.
β’ Analyze workforce data and convert HR insights into actionable strategies for the organization.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ At least 3 years in a leadership or management role within HR.
β’ Proven experience in leading HR operations, crafting people strategies, and implementing systems that facilitate organizational growth.
β’ Preferably experienced in BPO, shared services, professional services, or rapidly growing organizations.
β’ Strong grasp of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
β’ Practical experience in designing and implementing KPI frameworks, employee performance management systems, and HR operational processes.
β’ Familiarity with using workforce analytics and business metrics for informed decision-making.
β’ Highly valued experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and workflow automation tools.
β’ Knowledge of organizational development, continuous improvement, and change management methodologies is a significant asset.
β’ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives, department heads, managers, and employees.
β’ Skilled in managing challenging discussions, resolving conflicts, building trust, and ensuring accountability.
β’ Capability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives.
β’ Competence in navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and making swift decisions in a dynamic environment.
β’ Strong business acumen linking people decisions with productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth.
