
Head of HCP Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and achieve the HCP revenue goals.
• Accurately forecast and manage the health and coverage of the pipeline across the team.
• Oversee, recruit, onboard, and mentor the current HCP sales team.
• Establish clear performance benchmarks and cultivate representatives who consistently surpass their quotas.
• Enhance and document the complete sales process, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, onboarding, and expansion.
• Expand market share within functional and integrative medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, fertility, dietetics and nutrition, as well as concierge and longevity clinics.
• Transform initial orders into ongoing, integrated testing within practices.
• Boost retention rates and increase account value over time.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a dependable, high-quality pipeline.
• Create a lead-to-close feedback mechanism to enhance conversion rates.
• Convert practitioner needs and objections into enhancements for products, programs, and enablement.
• Design and oversee CRM maintenance, compensation structures, territories, and key performance indicators.
• Instrument the sales funnel from start to finish.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key strategic practitioner accounts.
• Represent Tiny Health at major conferences and industry gatherings.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales.
• More than 5 years of experience leading and scaling sales teams.
• Ideally, experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or digital health.
• Proven success in selling to healthcare providers, clinics, or practices.
• A history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Demonstrated ability to scale an existing team and establish a repeatable sales process.
• Strong leadership capabilities and coaching experience.
• Proven track record in developing sales representatives and enhancing win rates.
• Proficient in sales analytics, forecasting, CRM best practices, and modern sales tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work asynchronously.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer health/wellness companies is preferred.
• Familiarity with remote work and proficiency in Slack is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Remote-first work environment.
• Core working hours from 9am to 6pm CST, with flexibility of up to two hours in either direction.
