This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Acquire knowledge about the product and merchants through support tickets, demonstrations, and customer interactions.
• Participate in a structured knowledge transfer from the founder covering carriers, freight, transit logic, customer history, and pricing assessment.
• Oversee the daily product tasks of the senior developer and support lead.
• Generate outbound sales by following up on inbound demos, engaging in competitive switching discussions, and targeting high-volume merchants.
• Take ownership of pricing and packaging proposals.
• Define and price custom-development services as a distinct offering.
• Manage relationships with top merchants and develop a strategy for larger account sales.
• Leverage AI for support, product specifications, documentation, competitive analysis, and data insights.
• Drive growth through expansion strategies, pricing and packaging initiatives, win-back efforts, competitive switching, and acquiring new clients.
• Direct the product roadmap, prioritization, and guidance for the senior full-stack developer.
• Conduct demonstrations and merchant discussions, handle support escalations, and transform discussions into insights for the roadmap, reviews, and pipeline.
• Qualify, estimate, and ensure that custom shipping tasks are developed and billed accurately.
• Enhance documentation, content for the help center, CRM practices, and streamlined operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the founder and managing director during the transition process.
• Proven history of generating revenue in small B2B SaaS environments, with concrete examples and quantifiable results.
• Experience in growth, product, or founder/operator roles within B2B SaaS or e-commerce, preferably in early-stage or small-team settings.
• Comfort in engaging in customer-facing conversations and phone communications with merchants.
• Technical proficiency: ability to define features alongside a developer, comprehend API documentation, and analyze integration trade-offs and shipping-rate calculations.
• Commercial acumen: capability to manage pricing experiments, conversion metrics, and revenue results.
• Self-motivated and skilled at creating processes and funnels from the ground up.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar systems.
• Active utilization of AI tools to enhance productivity and work quality, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Significant overlap with US business hours.
