This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Juno’s nursing vertical from inception.
• Achieve growth objectives and enhance Juno member expansion in a newly established market.
• Negotiate national agreements with organizations that connect with nursing students.
• Activate campus-based chapters utilizing ready-made playbooks.
• Collaborate with NCLEX preparation companies, nursing associations, and nursing school admissions organizations.
• Execute targeted campaigns synchronized with application cycles.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a network of campus ambassadors with defined KPIs and incentives.
• Engage directly with students through calls, emails, direct messages, and campus visits.
• Provide explanations on graduate borrowing, including federal versus private loans, rate determinants, cosigners, in-school deferral, refinancing, and new federal loan limits.
• Collaborate with the product team on feature development and work alongside the customer experience/client happiness team.
• Ensure messaging compliance.
• Forecast pipeline, monitor cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget allocation.
• Oversee the funnel from waitlist growth to loan origination using landing pages, A/B tests, content, webinars, email/SMS, and events aligned with application, admissions, and financial aid timelines.
• Generally 3–5+ years of experience or an exceptional track record (e.g., scaled a campus network, managed national organization programming, or developed a zero-to-one strategy).
• Preference for candidates with experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Preference for an owner-operator with a history in growth, business development, marketplaces, fintech, edtech, or campus-scale initiatives.
• Responsibility for the Nursing vertical’s funded-loan targets and associated conversion rates.
• Capability to frequently conduct experiments, measure attribution, and close feedback loops with lender relations and compliance.
• Ability to analyze student drop-off between rate offers and submitted applications, providing evidence-based support for solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with schools, student organizations, ambassadors, and admissions communities.
• Comfort in creating a new vertical and playbook from the ground up.
• Familiarity with seasonal business cycles and peak periods.
• Determination and readiness to put in the effort necessary to meet targets.
