This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for the MD vertical, focusing on growth objectives and increasing Juno member enrollment.
• Negotiate national agreements with organizations that target the desired market.
• Launch campus-based chapters utilizing ready-to-use playbooks.
• Collaborate with MCAT prep companies and the medical school admissions landscape.
• Execute targeted marketing campaigns in line with application cycles.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a network of campus ambassadors across MD programs, utilizing KPIs and incentives.
• Engage directly with students through calls, emails, direct messages, campus visits, and throughout their educational journey.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on graduate borrowing options, including federal and private loans, interest rates, cosigning, in-school deferment, refinancing, and new federal caps.
• Collaborate with product teams on feature development and work alongside the CX/client happiness team.
• Ensure compliance with messaging standards.
• Forecast pipeline trends, monitor cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget distribution.
• Work with senior leadership to expand the waitlist through loan origination via landing pages, A/B testing, content strategies, webinars, email/SMS outreach, and events aligned with application, admission, and financial-aid timelines.
• Generally, 3–5+ years of experience or an exceptional track record (e.g., scaled a campus network, managed national organization programs, or initiated a zero-to-one strategy).
• Preferred experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Ideal candidates will be owner-operators with experience in growth, business development, marketplaces, fintech, edtech, or large-scale campus programs.
• Responsible for meeting the funded-loan targets of the MD vertical and managing associated conversion rates.
• Capable of executing experiments regularly, measuring attribution, and maintaining relationships with lenders and compliance teams.
• Proficient in using data to pinpoint where students hesitate between receiving a rate offer and submitting their applications, and providing evidence-based solutions.
• Skilled in building relationships with schools, student organizations, ambassadors, and admissions communities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with B2B partners and medical students.
• Comfortable developing a zero-to-one playbook.
• Able to plan for and operate during peak seasonal times.
