Head of Growth & Monetization, Mobile App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for growth and monetization strategies from conception to execution utilizing AI agents and automated workflows.

• Create scalable campaigns for acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling that are powered by AI.

• Establish measurable objectives for campaigns and leverage AI to track ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time.

• Enhance campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys through AI-driven analytics and automated experimentation.

• Guarantee consistent execution across marketing channels, allowing AI to manage messaging, creative content, and delivery at scale.

• Investigate user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies with AI to identify new opportunities.

• Spearhead process enhancements to ensure growth operations are efficient, repeatable, and automated.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to roll out high-impact features.

• Determine areas where AI can function independently and where human oversight is essential.

• Clearly document strategies, systems, and results to ensure transparency and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth, monetization, or as a CMO/marketing lead, utilizing AI to achieve results.

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar business environment.

• Experience with applications and performance marketing is advantageous.

• Practical experience with LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design.

• Strong analytical abilities in pricing, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused campaign management.

• Proven experience in planning, executing, and refining multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Capability to excel based on measurable results and clearly defined KPIs.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

• Competence in building AI systems that effectively implement growth strategies with accuracy and foresight.

• Skill in prioritizing actions that yield maximum impact.

• Ability to create order from complexity and establish processes where necessary.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in German or Russian is a plus.
