Head of Growth & Monetization, Mobile App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assume complete accountability for growth and monetization efforts, overseeing the entire process from strategic planning to execution utilizing AI agents and automated workflows.

• Create scalable campaigns focused on AI-driven acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling.

• Establish measurable objectives for campaigns and track ROI, KPIs, and performance in real-time through AI.

• Enhance campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys using AI-driven analytics and automated experimentation.

• Guarantee uniform execution across marketing channels, allowing AI to manage messaging, creative content, and delivery at scale.

• Examine user behavior, market dynamics, and competitor tactics through AI to identify new opportunities.

• Spearhead process enhancements to streamline growth operations, making them efficient, repeatable, and automated.

• Work in conjunction with product, marketing, and design teams to roll out high-impact features.

• Determine the instances where AI functions autonomously versus when human oversight is necessary.

• Clearly document strategies, systems, and results to ensure transparency and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth, monetization, or as a CMO/marketing leader, leveraging AI to achieve results.

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar business setting.

• Experience in app-related environments and performance marketing is advantageous.

• Practical knowledge of LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design.

• Strong analytical capabilities in pricing, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven campaign management.

• Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

• Ability to excel in a results-driven environment with clear KPIs.

• Preference for self-directed work and ownership of results.

• Capability to develop AI systems that implement growth strategies with accuracy and foresight.

• Skill in prioritizing actions that yield the greatest impact.

• Ability to define workflows and create order within complex situations.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in German or Russian is a plus.
