Head of Digital Demand Generation – Growth Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the digital demand generation strategy encompassing paid media and integrated campaigns.

• Lead and cultivate the Paid Media, Campaign, and Content Operations team.

• Propel new lead generation, enhance marketing-sourced pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.

• Optimize the entire demand funnel from Lead → MQL → SQO, focusing on improving conversion rates and pipeline velocity.

• Oversee paid acquisition efforts across Search, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and other emerging channels.

• Direct the Content Operations function to streamline content lifecycle management, CMS governance, and repurposing workflows.

• Foster a culture centered on testing, measurement, and continuous optimization through data and attribution.

• Collaborate across functions with Product Marketing, Field and Event Marketing Managers, Communications, the Organic Social team, and Marketing Operations.

• Utilize AI and automation to enhance campaign execution, lead management, and marketing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.

• More than 5 years of experience leading high-performing marketing teams.

• Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue through paid media and integrated campaigns.

• Strong analytical and attribution capabilities with a background in optimizing complex marketing funnels.

• Familiarity with modern marketing technology and CRM platforms.

• Experience applying AI to demand generation processes.

• Practical experience with agentic AI or autonomous marketing systems is a significant advantage.
