Head of Customer Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global Customer Activation function and its evolution into a commercially driven platform.

• Propel customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue enhancement.

• Enhance customer interaction through Sandvik Coromant Centers on a global scale.

• Develop and grow Tech Days as a platform for customer acquisition and engagement.

• Transform Sandvik Coromant Academy and training services into a commercial, revenue-generating model.

• Ensure technical content is pertinent, engaging, and appealing to customers.

• Guarantee that technical product information is precise, accessible, and presented clearly.

• Lead a global team while collaborating across various markets, functions, and senior stakeholders.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.

• Engage in international travel as an integral aspect of the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical credibility in manufacturing, CNC, metal cutting, or a related industrial field.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• Background in industrial B2B sales, product management, technical leadership, customer-facing roles, or industrial training organizations.

• University degree in a relevant discipline.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a global context.

• Capability to drive change across diverse cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups.

• Proficiency in clear and confident communication.

• Ability to present technical content in an engaging manner.

• Skill in fostering collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
