Head of Customer Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global Customer Activation function and guide its evolution into a commercially driven platform.

• Propel customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue enhancement.

• Enhance customer interaction through Sandvik Coromant Centers around the world.

• Develop and broaden Tech Days to serve as a platform for customer acquisition and engagement.

• Revamp Sandvik Coromant Academy and its training offerings to adopt a commercial, revenue-generating approach.

• Ensure that technical content is relevant, engaging, and appealing to customers.

• Guarantee that technical product information is precise, accessible, and presented clearly.

• Lead a global team while collaborating across various markets, functions, and senior stakeholders.

• Convert technical knowledge, customer interactions, and educational experiences into enhanced customer pipelines and quantifiable sales results.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a relevant discipline.

• Extensive technical credibility in manufacturing, CNC, metal cutting, or a related industrial sector.

• A strong commercial orientation.

• Relevant experience in industrial B2B sales, product management, technical leadership, customer-facing roles, or industrial training organizations.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a global context.

• Ability to drive change across diverse cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups.

• Capacity to communicate clearly and assertively.

• Skill in presenting technical content in a manner that generates interest.

• Proficiency in fostering strong collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
