This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Establish and solidify Meter and WiredScore’s status as the frontrunner in digital connectivity for the real estate sector.
• Cultivate partnerships with real estate owners to implement Meter in unoccupied spaces.
• Propel building certifications utilizing WiredScore’s offerings.
• Enhance the visibility of Meter and WiredScore throughout the Southwest/Mountain real estate landscape.
• Map the territory encompassing Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah, identifying key assets, ownership groups, brokers, property managers, and influential players in the ecosystem.
• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and market connections.
• Act as the market representative to the Southwest real estate community.
• Nurture relationships with current customers while establishing connections with prospective clients.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure opportunities with real estate owners.
• Drive tenant demand through targeted partnerships with brokers.
• Collaborate with the Meter Sales team to finalize tenant opportunities.
• Provide market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and the integrated go-to-market strategy.
• Proven experience in revenue-generating sales or business development positions.
• Extensive understanding of the real estate sector and its ecosystem.
• Established relationships with asset managers, brokers, or technology professionals active in the market.
• Capability to initiate meetings, generate qualified opportunities, and close deals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deals from initial conversation to completion.
• Proficiency in building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Aptitude for creating structure while the operational playbook is still under development.
• Possess credibility, strong commercial judgment, and executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Ideally reside near an international airport.
• Exhibit a collaborative and self-sufficient working style.
• Ability to work effectively alongside Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Capability to independently manage projects from planning through to execution.
