This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic business development plan targeting publicly traded companies.
• Focus on prospects that align with LTSE’s value proposition and cultivate a qualified pipeline of listing opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, Boards of Directors, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify business priorities, address concerns, and secure actionable next steps to advance listing decisions.
• Maintain a disciplined and transparent pipeline process with precise prospect information, milestones, account plans, and forecasts.
• Transform relationships into listing commitments through customized business cases and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Facilitate coordination of internal expertise throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing on prospect targeting, visibility, credibility, messaging, materials, and campaigns.
• Provide insights on prospect feedback, competitive landscape, and adoption challenges to enhance positioning, products, services, and commercial strategies.
• Supervise prospect research to ensure accurate and timely pipeline and engagement insights.
• Link companies with LTSE, an SEC-registered national securities exchange dedicated to fostering fair and orderly markets and supporting long-term-focused enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of relevant education and professional experience.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in business development, institutional sales, equity capital markets, or a related field.
• Proven track record in originating and closing intricate opportunities with senior corporate decision-makers.
• Experience managing extended sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to personally develop a pipeline and convert relationships into quantifiable commercial outcomes.
• Preferred background in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience collaborating with public companies, corporate leadership teams, boards, or their advisors on strategic initiatives is preferred.
• Established network of relevant corporate leaders and advisors.
• Experience in building or expanding a business development function within a small or growing organization is preferred.
• Must reside in a state where LTSE offers remote employment.
