This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assume complete responsibility for the BDR function and drive it to the next level of maturity.
• Manage approximately 18 BDRs through Team Leaders across France, the Nordics, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and the US.
• Guide and mentor BDRs and BDR team leaders in various European markets.
• Establish expectations, performance benchmarks, and accountability throughout the function.
• Assist managers with performance management, development, and career advancement.
• Develop robust management practices and offer structure and support to enhance team performance.
• Own and continuously refine the BDR playbook for both inbound and outbound strategies.
• Tailor prospecting strategies and processes for diverse markets and customer segments.
• Identify and experiment with methods to enhance prospecting, qualification, and conversion rates.
• Track meetings scheduled, SQLs, and contributions to overall sales.
• Analyze performance across teams, markets, and managers, transforming insights into actionable plans.
• Enhance processes, systems, and tools that support the BDR function.
• Ensure the effective adoption and utilization of the sales technology stack.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to synchronize BDR activities with the go-to-market strategy.
• Work alongside senior leadership on organizational and strategic initiatives.
• Represent the BDR function in broader commercial discussions.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in BDR/SDR leadership, including managing managers or Team Leaders and overseeing team performance and development.
• Extensive B2B SaaS experience, preferably within a mature and scaling organization.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership experience in developing BDR strategies and playbooks while remaining closely engaged with managers and teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen; capable of leveraging data to assess performance, pinpoint opportunities, and drive actions.
• Solid understanding of BDR processes and sales technology.
• Direct experience with implementing and managing Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cognism, Claude, Clay, and Apollo.
• Fluent in English and adept at leading across multiple European markets.
• Experience in MarTech or Influencer Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in scaling a BDR organization during a substantial growth phase is preferred.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
