This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar, +2 more countries.
β’ Assume complete ownership and responsibility for the performance and growth of IB in the GCC region, ensuring that all revenue, volume, and market expansion objectives are met.
β’ Propel country results by formulating and implementing a strategic action plan specifically designed for the GCC market.
β’ Actively recognize opportunities, tackle challenges, and produce measurable results to facilitate ongoing market growth.
β’ Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers to reach their personal and collective targets.
β’ Set clear and measurable KPIs for the department, consistently evaluate performance, and take responsibility for achieving results by offering guidance and corrective measures as necessary.
β’ Create and execute strategic initiatives aimed at acquiring new partnerships while enhancing and expanding existing ones.
β’ Work closely with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, Compliance, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to initiatives that affect market performance.
β’ Analyze partner performance, market data, and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.
β’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to maximize their performance and overall potential.
β’ Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and improve overall departmental performance.
β’ A degree in Business Management, Economics, or another relevant field.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) roles within the Forex or Fintech sectors.
β’ At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position overseeing IB and Business Development teams.
β’ Proficient in both Arabic and English, capable of effective communication in strategic and commercial environments.
β’ Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in guiding, coaching, and developing Business Development teams to achieve quantifiable results.
β’ Strong relationship management and communication skills, comfortable engaging in high-level strategic discussions with partners, stakeholders, and key market figures.
β’ Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, analysis, and reporting).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, with substantial expertise in forex, crypto, or related trading fields.
β’ Outstanding negotiation, pitching, and active listening skills, with a proven history of successfully closing partnerships and enhancing partner performance.
