Head of AI Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Propel the worldwide adoption of QVAC and Tether AI within enterprises, institutions, and governments.

• Identify organizations where localized, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI offers a strategic benefit.

• Align use cases with organizational requirements and create implementation business cases.

• Cultivate existing relationships and establish new connections with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI leaders, and government stakeholders.

• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and finalize strategic AI partnerships and deployments.

• Develop collaborations with compute, hardware, infrastructure, and technology providers.

• Track partnership performance, recognize risks, and devise mitigation strategies.

• Define and implement Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy.

• Identify key markets, industries, and valuable AI use cases.

• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions with product and engineering teams.

• Build and manage a comprehensive global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.

• Build and lead the global AI Expansion team.

• Recruit expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other essential roles.

• Establish KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial processes.

• Collaborate with Tether’s AI, engineering, product, and regional Expansion teams.

• Represent Tether AI in strategic meetings, government interactions, conferences, and industry forums.

• Position Tether as a strategic ally for AI sovereignty, privacy, resilience, and infrastructure independence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development.

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures.

• Demonstrated experience in personally originating, structuring, and closing substantial enterprise technology deals and partnerships.

• Strong connections with senior decision-makers in enterprises, technology firms, and/or government sectors.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to work independently in dynamic environments.

• Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Nice to have: proficiency in at least three languages.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience working across diverse geographies and cultures.
