Head of AI & Automations – E-Commerce M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and manage intelligent AI workflows utilizing Claude, Claude Code, GPT APIs, and other large language models (LLMs).

• Create and refine workflows for data analysis, document generation, and buyer research.

• Develop comprehensive automations with n8n and Make to support scalable M&A operations.

• Streamline CRM integrations, email sequences, data room workflows, and reporting pipelines.

• Construct tailored solutions using your own coding skills, particularly in Python or JavaScript.

• Generate automated reports and dashboards to track KPIs, deal pipelines, and performance metrics.

• Holistically architect the tool ecosystem, incorporating Monday, Google Workspace, Close CRM, WhatsApp, and Loom.

• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across all systems.

• Keep abreast of new AI tools, models, and methodologies, and proactively present them to the team.

• Implement automations for actual M&A transactions in the multi-million dollar range, collaborating with e-commerce founders and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, especially Claude/Anthropic products (Claude Code, Cowork), ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar LLMs.

• Proficient in using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.

• Programming experience in at least one language, ideally Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with API integrations and webhook-based automation.

• Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Close.

• Capability to develop complex dashboards and data visualizations using Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools.

• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday, Notion, or Asana.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Fluent in English.

• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to optimize processes comprehensively.
