This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the marketplace channel strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.

• Discover new marketplace opportunities and spearhead expansion into additional platforms.

• Be accountable for revenue and margin goals across all marketplace channels.

• Oversee the health and performance metrics of Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts.

• Supervise product listings, A+ content, and the brand store.

• Lead Amazon advertising initiatives and manage advertising spend/ROAS.

• Manage FBA logistics, oversee replenishment planning, and maintain IPI score management.

• Take charge of listing optimization and coordinate content creation with marketing and creative teams.

• Administer pricing strategies, including competitive repricing.

• Oversee marketplace P&L and monitor fees, advertising spend, COGS, and net margin.

• Provide reports on revenue, conversion rates, ACOS/TACOS, BSR, and Buy Box statistics.

• Identify and address profitability issues.

• Supervise a small team of marketplace, content, and advertising specialists.

• Collaborate with the supply chain on inventory forecasting.

• Work closely with finance on reconciliation and marketplace payouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional in the field.

• Expertise in marketplace strategy and channel management.

• Proficient in managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts.

• Familiarity with Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display.

• Knowledgeable in FBA logistics, replenishment planning, and IPI score management.

• Skillful in listing optimization for titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, and images.

• Experience in marketplace pricing and competitive repricing strategies.

• Adept in managing marketplace P&L, including fees, ad spend, COGS, and net margin.

• Capability to analyze revenue, conversion rates, ACOS/TACOS, BSR, and Buy Box percentage.

• Experience in team management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with supply chain and finance functions.
