HCM Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and additional Oracle HCM modules.

• Create and customize reports utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems using HDL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle integration tools.

• Configure business rules, validations, workflows, and HR processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Plan and execute data migration, data loads, SIT/UAT testing cycles, go-live activities, and provide post-production support.

• Analyze and resolve incidents, implement system enhancements, and drive continuous improvements across Oracle HCM environments.

• Offer technical and functional support to business users, ensuring efficient use of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

• Engage in requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery within team-based projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL.

• Practical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and data loading tools.

• Strong SQL skills for reporting, validation, troubleshooting, and integration support.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams to design and deliver effective solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Must be based in Brazil.

• Proficiency in Portuguese is required.

• Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

• Preferred: Experience with Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence Management modules.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Preferred: Experience working on global or multi-country Oracle HCM projects.

• Preferred: Advanced English and/or Spanish language skills.
