
HCM Account Executive – Private Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement a focused sales strategy for designated private equity firms
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within private equity organizations
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with private equity firms
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' specific HCM needs
• Partner with product development to tailor HCM solutions for private equity clients
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes in the private equity sector
• Assess the competitive environment and strategically position HCM services and solutions
• Act as the main contact for private equity firms and portfolio clients
• Respond to client inquiries and issues with a solution-focused mindset
• Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships and loyalty
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, product development, implementation, and service teams
• Offer insights and feedback to enhance specialized HCM solutions
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives
• Work during specified hours five days a week
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• More than 7 years of experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business sales role
• Proven success in HCM sales within the private equity industry
• In-depth knowledge of the unique challenges and needs of private equity clients
• Capability to manage executive relationships within private equity firms
• Experience in sales prospecting and closing new business
• Ability to thrive in a competitive landscape
• Extensive understanding of HCM solutions, technology trends, and industry best practices
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in articulating complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Results-oriented approach towards achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred
• Availability to work five days a week during specified hours
• Must be able to work from within the U.S.
• Mobility for sitting, standing, walking, and driving to potential client locations
• Manual and finger dexterity in both hands for operating a computer keyboard and handling small objects
