This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead clinical and procedural excellence to achieve growth that surpasses market standards in the designated territory.
• Create strategic account plans.
• Cultivate essential customer relationships.
• Implement strategies to defend against competitors.
• Utilize sales, educational initiatives, and program efforts to boost procedural adoption and market conversion.
• Build a strong understanding of the TruClear portfolio and GYN procedures.
• Formulate strategic plans centered on GYN disease states.
• Enhance procedural adoption through expanded indications and competitive shifts.
• Develop and reinforce partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Engage with customers regarding GYN disease management and patient outcomes.
• Identify and address shifts in market share and competitive maneuvers.
• Apply strategies to protect and expand the business.
• Leverage advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business.
• Direct market development programs, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace programs, training sessions, and simulation labs.
• Meet or exceed disposable quota, focusing on key products.
• Meet or exceed capital quota.
• Conduct effective forecasting and manage opportunities.
• Travel to multiple accounts across the region.
• Communicate with peers and coworkers through telephone, email, instant messaging, and face-to-face interactions.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• OR Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of SE Michigan.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
• Strong comprehension of clinical environments.
• Experience in establishing and managing key relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree conforming to 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
