This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead clinical and procedural excellence to achieve growth above market levels within the designated territory.
• Create strategic account plans and cultivate essential customer relationships.
• Implement strategies for competitive defense, along with sales, educational, and program initiatives.
• Enhance clinical and procedural knowledge surrounding the TruClear portfolio.
• Develop strategic initiatives centered on GYN disease states.
• Promote procedural adoption through broadened indications and competitive conversions.
• Forge partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Engage with customers regarding GYN disease management and patient outcomes.
• Monitor and address shifts in market share and competitive strategies.
• Execute strategies to safeguard and expand the business.
• Utilize advanced selling tools, disease-state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business.
• Direct market development efforts, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training sessions, and simulation labs.
• Meet or surpass disposable and capital quotas.
• Accurately forecast and manage business opportunities.
• Travel to multiple accounts across the Southeastern Michigan territory.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 6+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of Southeastern Michigan.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• A proven sales history is preferred.
• Understanding of clinical environments and the ability to articulate complex product information.
• Experience in managing customer relationships with both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Proficient in CRM tools, forecasting, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
• For foreign baccalaureate degrees, a degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
