This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve growth above the market rate in the designated territory.
• Create strategic account plans concentrating on GYN disease conditions.
• Cultivate essential customer relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
• Implement competitive defense strategies and respond to changes in market share.
• Promote procedural adoption through broadened indications and competitive conversions.
• Engage with customers regarding GYN disease management and patient outcomes.
• Execute strategies to safeguard and expand the business.
• Utilize advanced selling tools, disease-state education, and innovative solutions to foster new business opportunities.
• Lead market development initiatives, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace programs, training, and simulation laboratories.
• Meet or surpass disposable quota, including targeted products.
• Meet or exceed capital quota.
• Conduct effective forecasting and opportunity management.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay area.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience; or an Associate's Degree with 4+ years; or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years.
• Relevant experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside within 30 miles of San Francisco, Marin, Oakland, Redwood City, Concord, Fremont, or Walnut Creek, California.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Strong comprehension of clinical settings.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex product information.
• Proven experience in building and managing key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as SF.com, forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
