This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve growth above market levels in the designated territory.
• Formulate strategic account plans targeted at GYN disease states.
• Cultivate essential customer relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to defend against competitors and respond to shifts in market share.
• Accelerate the adoption of procedures through expanded indications and competitive conversions.
• Engage with customers regarding GYN disease management and patient outcomes.
• Execute strategies to safeguard and enhance business growth.
• Utilize advanced sales tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business.
• Lead market development initiatives, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace programs, training sessions, and simulation labs.
• Meet or surpass quotas for disposables, including focus products.
• Meet or exceed capital quotas.
• Effectively forecast and manage business opportunities.
• Reside within the territory and travel to multiple accounts across the Greater San Francisco Bay area.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years, or Associate's Degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must be located within 30 miles of San Francisco, CA, Marin, CA, Oakland, CA, Redwood City, CA, Concord, CA, Fremont, CA, Walnut Creek, CA, or Marin, CA.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated success in sales.
• Strong knowledge of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information effectively.
• Experience in building and managing vital customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
