
GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst, Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an operational collaborator for Account Managers and AM leadership, addressing operational inquiries and escalations concerning account ownership, Rules of Engagement, renewals, expansion, pipeline, and GTM data.
• Oversee and facilitate the AM operating rhythm, which includes preparing forecasts and pipelines, conducting business reviews, creating scorecards, and generating performance reports.
• Analyze renewal, expansion, pipeline, and retention performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations for AM leadership.
• Conduct recurring audits on pipeline, opportunities, account books, forecasting, and CRM maintenance.
• Assist with book management and account transitions, ensuring that ownership and territory adjustments are implemented accurately.
• Collaborate with AM leadership to enhance pipeline generation and expansion strategies.
• Create and sustain source-of-truth reporting and operational metrics, primarily within Salesforce and other GTM systems.
• Work alongside Systems, Analytics, Finance, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations teams to drive process and tool enhancements.
• Balance competing priorities across ongoing operations and strategic projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering to rollout, documentation, enablement, and adoption.
• In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS post-sales and Account Management processes, including renewals, retention, expansion, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to transition between daily operational tasks and broader process enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Superior communication skills, including the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
