GTM Recruitment Manager

• Oversee, mentor, and advance the recruitment team, delivering operational assistance and career growth opportunities.

• Develop a customized team culture.

• Establish and evaluate targets while monitoring team performance through data and reporting aligned with client requirements.

• Inspire the team to provide exceptional service.

• Manage the complete recruitment process for mid- to senior-level positions.

• Source talent across various technical fields.

• Take responsibility for the team's primary delivery success.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders within Talentful and client departments to forecast needs, provide insights, and produce comprehensive reports.

• Enhance the effectiveness of the internal business model through a consultative approach.

• Identify and implement smarter working methods and define processes that create significant impact for both clients and Talentful.

• Prior experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment model.

• Background in recruiting talent for go-to-market (GTM) roles.
