This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement Sparrow's go-to-market strategy with HRIS systems, disability insurance providers, payroll systems, PEO organizations, and specialized solution partners.
• Discover and secure new partnerships to enhance Sparrow's outreach and market visibility.
• Operationalize and strengthen current partnerships.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and engineering teams to define project scopes, adhere to timelines, and complete initiatives.
• Negotiate preferred partnerships and develop joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling frameworks.
• Develop materials, training programs, processes, and tools for partner organizations.
• Oversee pipeline generation, closed-won revenue, and retention initiatives through partnerships.
• Work alongside Sales to activate and manage opportunities sourced through partners.
• Monitor and enhance partnership performance metrics and return on investment.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key partner stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic partnerships.
• Create scalable partnership processes, playbooks, and plans for future team expansion.
• 5–7+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
• Proven experience with insurance carriers, point solutions, and/or HRIS ecosystems to establish or scale partnership programs in a high-growth setting.
• Extensive knowledge of the HR tech and/or insurance carrier landscape.
• Strong capability to build and manage partner relationships effectively.
• Strategic and hands-on mindset for building initiatives from the ground up.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, product, and service teams.
• Expertise in leading complex technical partnership projects.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employer sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Must be physically located within the United States while working.
