This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and enhance Miraxis’s ideal customer profile, key segments, buyer personas, and target accounts within the realms of Physical AI and robotics.
• Create and implement a go-to-market strategy that encompasses positioning, customer acquisition, sales channels, and commercial partnerships.
• Generate a qualified pipeline through targeted outbound efforts, founder networks, partnerships, industry events, and pertinent inbound opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, which includes prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Cultivate relationships with technical decision-makers, budget holders, and executive sponsors.
• Comprehend customers’ data-generation and model-evaluation challenges, purchasing criteria, budgets, and decision-making processes.
• Convert intricate technical capabilities into clear business value, distinct messaging, and compelling commercial materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design commercially viable pilots that include measurable success criteria and a definitive path to paid adoption.
• Assist in developing pricing and packaging informed by customer feedback, willingness to pay, and delivery economics.
• Transform pilots and initial engagements into paid contracts, renewals, and account growth.
• Identify partnerships that offer customer access and generate new revenue opportunities.
• Keep an accurate pipeline and convey realistic forecasts, deal priorities, risks, and subsequent steps.
• Monitor conversion rates, sales-cycle duration, deal value, and factors contributing to wins and losses.
• Relay customer and market insights back to the product, research, and engineering teams.
• Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks as Miraxis expands.
• Proven experience in B2B go-to-market strategies, business development, or full-cycle sales for technical products or services.
• Demonstrated success in personally generating pipeline and closing revenue.
• Experience in selling to technical buyers and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Strong discovery capabilities and the ability to align customer challenges with a compelling value proposition.
• Confidence in leading commercial discussions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and advancing opportunities toward a decision.
• Ability to grasp and effectively communicate technical concepts with the backing of subject-matter experts.
• Experience in developing market positioning, defining target segments, or evaluating customer-acquisition channels.
• Strong commercial acumen and a disciplined approach to qualification, prioritization, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• High ownership and comfort in establishing processes within an early-stage environment.
• Nice to have: experience in selling AI, robotics, data platforms, infrastructure, developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or technical services.
• Nice to have: an established network within robotics companies, AI labs, or enterprise AI teams.
• Nice to have: experience in transforming founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable commercial process.
• Nice to have: experience in structuring technical pilots or proof-of-concept projects and converting them into paid contracts.
