GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop internal Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, automations, and workflows.

• Integrate APIs across CRM, product, analytics, marketing, and outbound systems.

• Create AI-driven workflows and agents.

• Experiment with MCP servers, integrations, and AI technologies.

• Enhance attribution, funnel visibility, and lifecycle operations.

• Facilitate rapid experimentation in acquisition and conversion efforts.

• Identify inefficiencies and address them through engineering solutions.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to establish systems that support customer acquisition, conversion, and scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of engineering experience.

• Strong passion for GTM, marketing, sales, and growth systems.

• Experience with APIs, integrations, automations, and developing internal tools.

• Builder mentality — you prefer to deliver results rather than overanalyze.

• A keen interest in AI workflows, agents, MCP ecosystems, and LLM-powered operations.

• Quick execution and an experimental mindset.

• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous situations and adapt swiftly.

• Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI-native environments.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar.

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and integrations.

• Experience with HubSpot APIs, CRM systems, or GTM tools.

• Familiarity with AI workflows, orchestration systems, MCP servers, or agents.
