GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop internal go-to-market tools, automations, and workflows.

• Integrate APIs across CRM, product, analytics, marketing, and outbound systems.

• Create AI-driven workflows and agents.

• Explore MCP servers, integrations, and AI technologies.

• Enhance attribution, funnel visibility, and lifecycle operations.

• Facilitate rapid experimentation in acquisition and conversion strategies.

• Identify inefficiencies and address them through engineering solutions.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Team alongside Product, Marketing, and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of engineering experience.

• A strong passion for go-to-market strategies, marketing, sales, and growth systems.

• Proficiency with APIs, integrations, automations, and internal tooling.

• A builder mentality — you prioritize delivering results over excessive deliberation.

• Deep curiosity about AI workflows, agents, MCP ecosystems, and operations powered by LLMs.

• A mindset geared towards fast execution and experimentation.

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly.

• Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI-native environments.

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar programming languages.

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and integrations.

• Experience with HubSpot APIs, CRM systems, or go-to-market tooling.

• Knowledge of AI workflows, orchestration systems, MCP servers, or agents.
