This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the canonical revenue data model and all metric definitions across Sales systems and vendor data sources.
• Oversee calculation standards for ARR, pipeline, win rate, conversion, velocity, and other revenue metrics.
• Develop and uphold a consolidated revenue data and business logic layer that integrates Salesforce, Snowflake, and third-party vendor sources.
• Regularly audit data quality, metric drift, and inconsistencies.
• Manage BI dashboards for the Sales organization, encompassing executive KPIs to representative-level performance views.
• Generate data packages for QBRs, forecasting, pipeline evaluations, annual planning, quota-setting, territory design, and capacity modeling.
• Deliver reliable, well-documented data inputs for GTM automation and collaborate with the GTM Engineer to confirm inputs.
• Create and automate repeatable SQL data processes, replacing manual spreadsheet approaches.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Business Systems on Sales data modeling and data quality efforts.
• Function independently as a senior individual contributor and offer data expertise to Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Proficient in SQL, including the ability to write production-quality queries and maintain well-documented data models.
• Background in data architecture, management, and warehousing; experience with Snowflake is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data, familiarity with schema, field-level data quality patterns, and downstream reporting and analytics systems.
• Expertise in modern BI tools such as Sigma Computing, Hex, Omni, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining a unified, governed data and intelligence layer.
• Experience in supporting strategic planning cycles, including quota-setting, capacity modeling, or territory design.
• Capability to engage directly with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing as a credible data expert.
• Background in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, GTM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Revenue/Sales Operations with equivalent technical expertise.
• Familiarity with multi-channel GTM data environments is preferred.
• Experience with businesses that sell both hardware and software is preferred.
• Experience with multi-product data architectures and product/SKU-level tracking is preferred.
• Exposure to real estate, PropTech, or hierarchical account structures is preferred.
