This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Develop and specify automation workflows for paid growth, encompassing creative fatigue detection, budget reallocation, geo-level channel mix optimization, and audience signal processing.
β’ Collaborate directly with the build team to convert your workflow specifications into functional agent automations.
β’ Conduct quality assurance on agent outputs, assess system-generated results, identify shortcomings, and establish the necessary corrections to enhance performance.
β’ Enhance creative and copy variants produced by the AI creative layer, leveraging domain expertise to predict performance even before data validation.
β’ Specify knowledge base inputs for paid growth agents, outlining the rules, guardrails, and campaign logic that should be codified and regularly updated.
β’ Oversee workflow performance and drive continuous improvement, recognizing that this system evolves through your contributions and does not operate autonomously.
β’ Broaden your systems thinking to encompass other growth levers, such as CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle, as the engine expands across various growth functions.
β’ Minimum of 4 years in performance or paid growth, having managed large-scale campaigns across key paid channels with a deep understanding of the underlying mechanics.
β’ Strong systems thinking, capable of mapping a growth workflow through a series of triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements. You prioritize logic over mere tactics.
β’ Proficient in data interpretation, able to analyze performance dashboards, discern signal from noise, and define optimization targets for agents.
β’ Curiosity about prompt engineering; while you donβt need to be an engineer, you are eager to learn how to communicate effectively with AI systems to enhance their outputs.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, as the workflow specifications you create serve as blueprints for engineers. Clarity is crucial.
β’ High level of agency; you take the initiative to define your work rather than waiting for it to be outlined.
β’ Nice to haves:
β’ Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle messaging systems.
β’ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
β’ Background in fintech, consumer financial products, or regulated industries.
β’ Any hands-on experience with workflow automation or no-code orchestration tools.
β’ Contribute to the Future of Open Finance.
β’ Enjoy flexible working hours.
β’ Access professional development opportunities.
β’ Thrive in a dynamic team culture.
β’ Work within an international environment.
